How fantastic are the wall-to-wall windows on the yellow walk-up on the beach? Or the pop of cobalt blue in an otherwise stark white kitchen? I'm swooning over the exposed brick walls, old fashioned radiator & spiral iron staircase in the last image. It's all so city-dweller chic, and I'm totally digging it. What kind of getaway house would you purchase if money was no issue? I'd combine the three above for a very confusing, but very stylish abode.

Oh I love looking at NYTimes real estate I can't afford. I pretend I'm going to be able to own one someday. And this home is amazing!
